Little Kritharaki (orzo) shapes form the rays, the sun glows orange and gold, and yiayia's watchful eyes look out from the middle of it all. Kritharaki is made from durum wheat , eggs and milk, and has been a staple of the Greek kitchen for generations. It's versatile, full of flavor, and quietly makes every dish better. Bold enough to catch your eye, simple enough to earn a permanent place in your pantry.
